Lack of quality Care Institutions in providing Care and Treatment to HIV infected individuals in Tirunelveli District made Peace Trust to take a pioneering effort to bring solace and provide quality treatment to these deserving souls and the fruit of this effort was the Peace Community Care Centre functioning in Palayamkottai since 2005. Presently it is considered as the best care centre in the whole of Tirunelveli District in providing quality care and treatment to HIV infected people and is functioning exceptionally under the dynamic leadership of our Chief Medical Officer Dr.S.Murugan and the committed staff under him.
The care centre is providing comprehensive IP and OP services in a very disciplined and Holistic manner to the HIV infected people and the response to avail the services is overwhelming as many patients, are coming even from long distances and it is fulfilling its ultimate aim of providing quality care without any stigma and discrimination and has filled the void of a exclusive care centre for

The Care Center's services are now being better utilized by other organization's both from the private and govt sectors. The lab functioning from the Care Centre is a boon in providing timely and correct diagnostics and in the processes saving time for the patients
